RENT AND DEPOSIT MONEY

The rental prices are valid from 01.07.2023. 

• The rent fee for a twin room in single use is 410 euros per month. The deposit money amount is 820 euros. 
• The rent fee for one place in a shared twin room is 263 euros per month. The deposit money amount is 526 euros. 
• The rent fee includes utility costs and the use of the laundromat. Additional services included in the rent are available below.

The deposit will be used to cover the monthly rent for the last month of the residential agreement – you will receive a rent invoice but you do not have to make the payment, it will be covered from the deposit.

If your residential agreement is signed for only one month, then you do not have to make payments for rent invoices, the rent fees will be covered by the deposit. 

The remaining deposit will be transferred to your bank account during 20 business days after the end date of the residential agreement. The Student Village has the right to deduct default interest, cleaning fees, rent and ancillary costs and the value of damaged or lost furniture or other property.
