GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to enjoy your stay at our residential hall throughout your studies, please read carefully the The General Terms and Conditions of The Residential Agreement (valid from 01.07.2023).
NB! The students will sign a fixed term residential lease in line with their official period of studies at the University of Tartu as indicated in the university’s admissions notification.
COMPENSATION FOR EXPENSES

| The tenant has removed or covered the smoke detector or if due to forbidden tenant’s activities (smoking, cooking in the room) ATS system has activated | 150 € |
| Smoking or using open fire in the non-designated area | 45 € |
| Cleaning if tenant has not properly cleaned the room after termination of the contract | 60 € |
| Cleaning the common areas, if tenant has not properly cleaned or didn’t clean after termination of the contract | 120 € |
| Cleaning the common areas, if tenant has not properly cleaned or didn’t clean for the due date given by the hall manager | 120 € |
| Security service call caused by tenant activity | 35 € |
| Blockage clearing | 20 € |
| Cleaning the stove in need of repair | 10 € |
| The price of one hour of work costs by the Student Village in the elimination of damages caused in the student dormitories (does not include the cost of materials). | 25 €/h |
